(Getting Radically Organized to Win the Total Harvest)

GROWTH Groups represent the life of the community at the cellular level. All People Groups are arranged into smaller groupings in which the Ephesians 4:16 principle is activated:

“… the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”

GROWTH Groups allow every member to receive personal care and attention from within the body and provide members with the opportunity to become fully involved in the life of the community. The groups are designed specifically to activate the pastoral, evangelistic and administrative dimensions of Elijah Centre by strategically expanding the responsibility for the life of the community beyond the primary leadership and into the hands of the wider body.

The leadership of the GROWTH Groups are designated as “Community-Based Leadership”.
